Washington, DC's City Council is being dragged kicking and screaming to the place where our 2nd Amendment rights are respected. If you visit the Washington Post (i know, barf) Web site and take a look at this story, you'll see the DC government was essentially forced to reject their own discrimination of firearms based on appearance.
What? Firearms discriminated against based on appearance? That'd never happen (assault weapons ban, anyone?)...
